How the storm process works
- 1. Free inspection — our free 9-point roof inspection (condition assessment, valleys, ridge, shingles, chimney, ventilation, gutters, drip edge and flashing).
- 2. Photo documentation — you get the photos before you call your insurer.
- 3. Adjuster meeting — we can meet your adjuster on the roof so all damage is seen.
- 4. Restoration — roof, gutters, siding and windows repaired or replaced to the approved scope.
- 5. **Clean-up and final walk-through.

Frequently asked questions
Should I call Zeus before I call my insurance company?
Many homeowners have us inspect first so they know whether there is real damage before filing. The inspection is free.
Do you meet the insurance adjuster?
Yes. We can meet your adjuster at the property so all the damage is documented.
What if my claim is denied or underpaid?
We'll review the scope with you. In some complicated cases customers report we brought in an appraiser to help settle the claim.
Do you only do insurance work?
No. We also do retail repairs and replacements paid directly.
